How often we struggle with motivation to get fit? We all start off all gung ho but couple of weeks later it fizzles out.

It’s easier when you young. You have less responsibilities, you have more energy and the drive just seems to be there.

Now what do you do when you heading towards 40 at an alarming rate, you want to but there are a couple of stumbling blocks.

One of my regular contributors Elsabe from Fit. Strong wrote a blog the other day that really helps – could help anyone really.

In reality you have no excuse. Get off your butt and do it even if it’s only 1km walking with your dog, just do it!
